Fender has introduced another Stratocaster model: The Blacktop. Based upon the Mexican Standard series (9.5″ fretboard radius, six-screw vintage tremolo), it features two humbuckers instead of the three single coils.
Three colors are available: Black, Candy Apple Red, and Sonic Blue. Both rosewood and maple fretboards are available. The Blacktop series also contains Telecaster, Jaguar, and Jazzmaster models.
